Job description: Role As a Sales Engineer specializing in Heavy Earth Moving Equipment, you play a crucial role in facilitating the sale of specialized machinery designed for construction, mining, and other earth-moving projects. Here’s an overview of what your role typically involves: Product Knowledge: You need to have a deep understanding of the heavy equipment you’re selling, including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, graders, and other machinery. This involves knowing their technical specifications, capabilities, and applications. Customer Interaction: You’ll often engage with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable equipment for their projects. This might involve conducting site visits, participating in meetings, and providing product demonstrations. Solution Selling: Rather than just selling equipment, you’ll focus on providing solutions to your customers’ challenges. This could involve offering equipment packages, financing options, and aftermarket services tailored to their specific requirements. Technical Expertise: As a Sales Engineer, you’ll need to explain complex technical concepts in a way that’s understandable to clients who may not have a background in engineering or machinery. This might involve answering questions about equipment performance, maintenance requirements, and safety features. Relationship Building: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients is essential for long-term success in this role. You’ll need to be responsive to their needs, provide excellent customer service, and follow up on inquiries in a timely manner. Market Analysis: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market demand is crucial for identifying new sales opportunities and developing effective sales strategies. Collaboration: You’ll often collaborate with internal teams such as engineering, marketing, and customer service to ensure a smooth sales process and provide the best possible support to your clients. Continuous Learning: The heavy equipment industry is constantly evolving, with new technologies and innovations emerging regularly. As a Sales Engineer, you’ll need to stay updated on these developments to remain competitive in the market. What we need- We need mechanical/electrical/automobile degree holder for our sales department. Develop and execute sales strategies to add new clients in the portfolio Cultivate strong relationships with clients and prospects. Identify opportunities for growth and expansion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service. Location-: Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Rohtak, Jhajjar, Jind. Salary range – First, they need to attend 6 months of training. Between the training, we will provide them stipend of Rs. 12,000-15,000 per month + Travel allowance. After training completion, we will provide a Rs.2,20,000 to Rs.3,00,000 yearly salary package + Travelling allowances + Food allowances + PF + Insurance (Med + Accidental). Note: There will be no targets during the training period.
