Job description: Required Body shop Manager in Automobile Industry ** Should be 5+ years’ experience in Automobile technical/ Insurance claim Salary: Up to 40,000/- per month Location: Jamshedpur, Jharkhand Experience: Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Automobile technical/ Insurance claim Responsibilities: The technical advisor’s responsibilities include developing applications, providing technical expertise, and coordinating technicians’ activities. You should also motivate team members by maintaining strong staff relations. Job Role : Hires, trains, motivates and monitors the performance of all body shop employees. Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for the body shop. Directs and schedules the work of all body shop employees. Establishes and maintains good working relationships with insurance adjusters.
