We currently have a vacancy based in our regional office in New Delhi for a suitably passionate and customer centric Partner Manager to join the team on an ongoing basis. This role will be responsible for West & South India as well as Bhutan. About the Role Reporting to the Regional Director South Asia, the purpose of this role is to achieve UTS College’s business targets and strategic objectives by recruiting high quality students in allocated regions within the subcontinent. This involves optimal management of relationships with channel partners (education agents) and working closely with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Formulate and implement regional plans to achieve agreed student recruitment targets, as detailed in the annual Student Recruitment plan Assist with the development of the annual Country Plan for the subcontinent Develop and drive joint promotional campaigns and sales initiatives to generate applications from qualified candidates Build mutually productive long-term relationships with channel partners in assigned regions. Actively support and contribute to their business planning and market activities such as exhibitions, training seminars, roadshows, social media etc. Develop, document, implement and monitor an annual plan and budget for individual channel partners. Develop and implement plans to increase the profile and success of UTS College within the subcontinent, in conjunction with the Marketing team Gather, report and share relevant competitor activity and market intelligence with key stakeholders. Work closely with the Admissions team to ensure quality applications are received and processed that adhere with internal UTS College compliance requirements Comply with all UTS College policies and procedures and maintain agreed quality and education standards Essential qualifications, skills and experience: A Bachelor Degree in a relevant discipline. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in international sales or marketing preferably within the higher education sector Previous experience working in an offshore or virtual team for an international organisation Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written) other Indian languages desirable Outstanding organisational and time management skills with the ability to work to effectively solo whilst travelling Adaptable to changing environments: demonstrates professionalism, resilience and an ability to work within ambiguous environments where priorities and business circumstances may change Demonstrates a high level of integrity, very well-developed interpersonal and relationship building skills Exemplary customer service whilst acting as a trusted partner Highly driven and results orientated with a demonstrated track record in achieving results Demonstrates a passion for working with students and is able to support and empathise with their career aspirations Ready to apply Please submit your CV by Monday 27 May 2023 For more information about UTS College visit www.UTSCollege.edu.au
