  • Improve interactions and collaboration of team members and organization to increase productivity of the Scrum team.
  • Drive Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospectives.
  • Manage each project’s scope and timeline.
  • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
  • Monitor and report team metrics and improvement plans.
  • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
  • Conduct standard scrum ceremonies lie Daily stand-ups, Grooming sessions, Sprint planning, Sprint review, Sprint retrospective etc.
  • Managing program increment progress and adapt work as required.
  • Coordinate with the YASH Project team to ensure projects are complying with the set standards.
  • Coordinating/manage resources.
  • Managing large and diverse team.
  • Participate in PI planning and other Scaled Agile ceremony.
  • Understand and handle release management.
  • Able to handle multiple scrum team and provide daily /weekly reports.
  • Scrum Certified
