Presales Consultant – Client Relations Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore Are you passionate about resolving customer challenges and eager to play a pivotal role in clinching deals Join our vibrant Presales team at foundit and make a significant impact. Your Role: Proactively engage with foundit’s customers subscribed to free trial packages, ensuring exceptional service. Embrace a proactive approach, identifying and addressing user needs within client organizations. Conduct comprehensive product trainings, demonstrating the value of our offerings. Leverage your product expertise to empower users, aiding their success in the hiring process. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including sales, marketing, product, and finance teams. Monitor free trial usage progress and keep both internal and external stakeholders informed. Efficiently manage and address client queries, ensuring a seamless experience. Drive conversion of free trials into lucrative business deals, ensuring a successful transition. Prerequisites: A graduate in any discipline Demonstrated prior experience in presales or sales within the realm of SaaS Proficiency in conducting compelling and effective product demonstrations. Exceptional command of spoken and written English. Proficient in multitasking and thriving in a dynamic environment.
