Job description: Roles and Responsibilities :- Identify New Sales leads.- Must have laptop ( Optional) and own vehicle- Field Sales- Prospect for new Clients by networking.- Cold Calling.- Identify potential Clients, and the decision makers within the Client organization.- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the Company.- Set up meetings between Client decision makers and Company’s practice leaders/Principals.- Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.- Participate in pricing the solution/service.- Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.- Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships.- Should provide a concise description of the services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services.- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously – Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions (ref:updazz.com)
