The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programmatic advertising, data-driven decision-making, and performance marketing strategies. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving targeted audience engagement, optimizing campaigns, and maximizing ROI across various digital channels. Key Responsibilities: Programmatic Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns across display, video, and other channels. Utilize demand-side platforms (DSPs) to manage programmatic campaigns and ensure efficient use of ad budgets. Performance Marketing: Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to achieve business goals and KPIs. Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to refine and optimize digital advertising campaigns for maximum effectiveness. Audience Segmentation: Utilize data analysis and audience segmentation techniques to target specific demographics and maximize campaign relevance. Collaborate with data teams to enhance audience targeting capabilities. Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics for all digital marketing channels. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance. Campaign Budget Management: Monitor and manage advertising budgets to ensure efficient allocation and maximum return on investment. Collaborate with finance teams to align budgets with overall marketing objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in programmatic advertising, performance marketing, and digital analytics. Familiarity with demand-side platforms (DSPs) and ad exchanges. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends. Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics or equivalent. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
