The primary responsibility of the role is to develop a comprehensive curriculum for our player development program, focusing on solo practice by athletes. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in curriculum development. Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Development: Design and develop a structured curriculum for football player development, emphasizing solo practice by athletes. Break down skills and techniques into progressive levels, ensuring a logical progression for players of all abilities. Incorporate age-appropriate training methods and exercises to cater to different age groups. Integrate innovative training techniques and drills to keep players engaged and motivated. Requirements: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a football coach, with a strong background in player development. Proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs for players of all ages and skill levels. In-depth knowledge of football fundamentals, techniques, and strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate players. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
