Job description: Job Overview: We are seeking a Telcaller Responsible for customer engagement via phone, handling inquiries, and providing assistance. Proficient in English and Konkani, with basic to intermediate computer skills. Job Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce them to the application services and discuss their needs. Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive prospecting and cold calling. Present product information, features, and benefits to potential customers in a compelling and persuasive manner. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and maximize sales opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis. Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products and services. Manage the back end Panel of the App to track services booked and follow up with services booked vendors and customers Review the new vendor registration on the back-end panel and if required edit vendor profiles on the panel Job Requirements: High school/Diploma or any graduate. Freshers can apply, Preferably Female candidates. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Konkani. Basic to intermediate computer skills. Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
