Job description: Job Title: Non-Voice Process Associate Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Non-Voice Process Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, and resolving issues primarily through written communication channels such as email, chat, and messaging systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong written communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through written communication channels including email, chat, and messaging systems. Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues and concerns while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and escalate complex issues as necessary. Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with productivity software such as Microsoft Office. Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
