All for the benefit of every patient.About the RoleThe role requires to support multiple national strategic initiatives in India like rollout of a national public health project, market discovery for our flagship AI solution (CK AI), identification of strategic design partners, strengthening go to market channels etc.ResponsibilitiesCoordination and integration of the multiple workstreams – product, training, tech, support into the E2E project scope and planManaging multiple stakeholders at national and state level for national public health projects in IndiaHaving knowledge of operational processes and ability to oversee and manage the upscaling to a large operational executionBeing able to think on your feet and adjust to deal with practical challengesBeing able to make the cultural bridge between global and local parties, internal and external and ensure everybody is on the same pageRequirementsBe able to travel extensivelyBe problem solving and making abilities within customer facing service environmentHave experience in team management and excellent leadership skillsWork in a way that works for youWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
