Job description: Urgent Required Medicine Specialist for Noamundi/ Jharia/ Joda/ Meramandali. Designation: Medicine Specialist Must Have: Should have min 3 years exp. on General Medicine and Internal Medicine Education: Should have completed MBBS and DNB/MD General/ Internal Medicine from recognized university, the university should be NMC/MCI recognized Experience: 0-10 Years Location: Noamundi, Jharia, Joda, Meramandali Job description: Should be competent doctor. Should be able to perform the following : Examine patient Advice given to patient for investigation and medicines If dressing / stitching required then send to him / her to OT. If admission required IPD Examine quickly Institute treatment immediately. If dressing / stitching required then send to him / her to OT To attend the OPD patients daily at OHC. To look after the treatment and medical care of patients admitted in wards under guidance of Head Medical. Medical care and attendance includes writing of proper case notes on admission daily instructions regarding diet and treatment of the patients supervision of general nursing care done by nursing staff and doing surgical procedures etc. as and when necessary or advised by HEAD MEDICAL / CMS. To conduct annual medical examination employees as and when required. Besides professional clinical duties mentioned above the medical officers will be responsible for Medical store Dispensary, general store, X-ray unit, Laboratory, Operation theatre, Hospital Kitchen etc. When assigned by Head Medical as per availability of doctors. Medical officers will have to supervise and ensure functioning of the stores of the section allotted to him. Support administration in checking attendance/ recommendation of leave grant, preparation of duties etc. Any other duties assigned by Head Medical of Particular location. Skills Should have the following skills: Ascertaining good standard of medical care – preventive, curative and promotive. Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and maintaining the required records. Handling First Aid and Emergencies arising out of accident, sickness, etc. Liaison with the Hospitals and Specialist for conducting periodical health camps and health -talk for the employees. Promoting Occupational Health and Hygiene. Overseeing the maintenance and administration of occupational health center. Conducting periodic training programmers on First Aid, General health &; hygiene. Organizing health internal audits &; risk assessment; implementing health management system; advising employers / employees on safe 8t healthy work practices &; health management systems. Coordinating in-house trainings on health and safety.
