  • Responsible for Tendering for Civil vertical including costing for the EPC projects.
  • Create & execute strategies for bid pricing and enhance “win’ ratio”
  • Study, analyse and evaluate tender documents & scope of works, check feasibility for qualification, financial criteria, etc
  • Identification/Selection of EPC business opportunities for bidding in Civil segment
  • Co-ordinate with various stakeholders like design team, engineering, execution, commercial, supply chain, contracts and legal etc
  • Prepare / guide in preparation of Bid and to coordinate for the risk review (as applicable) and hold periodic review of the bid to ensure compliance with customer enquiry and timely submission of bid to the Customer
  • Co-ordinate transfer of all essential inputs / data / tender requirements for project costing.
  • Analyze success and failures in tendering including deducing price

  • Customer networking & collect information on Customer’s requirements and future projects share responsibility in customer relationship building.
  • Study the market trends, competitor portfolio analysis, latest technologies, joint venture, political, and social developments of various geographic locations and formulate the strategy for the team

Administering:

  • Ensure techno-commercial document is prepared as per the specifications and is submitted within specified timeframe
  • Formulation of joint venture and formation of agreement with JV partners after finalizing scope of work
