– Planning gross level spares/maintenance spares /consumable requirements
– Support subordinate in mobilization/demobilization related issues/problems
– Allocation of equipment’s to projects
– Preparation of maintenance plan and budgets
– Ensure minimum down time for machinery and equipment
– Identify problems in equipment & machinery and suggest specific repairs
– Identify vendors for servicing and repairs
– Monitor, verify and recommend bills of vendors
– Track operation cost of machinery and equipment and recommend alternatives
– Ensure no equipment is used in look manner/beyond operational time and is operated by only designated trained operator
– Ensure implementation of quality and safety requirements.
– Good in AMC Renewal
– Must have atleast 10 years- experience in P&M management
