  • Drive cross sales and new sales from the assigned team of Advisors
  • Drive Input behaviors with the assigned team of Advisors.
  • Meeting the sales plan numbers consistently and achieve the sales standards.
  • Maintain and improve the Sales Quality Standards by maintaining the Persistency standards.
  • Training and Development of the team of advisors for new product launches / revision in the existing policies.
  • Drive advisor attendance in Trainings and GO-meets.
