Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com/ Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESS’ Job Description Assist in the creation, implementation and facilitation of the Hotel Training Plan and budget that is aligned with the hotel s goals and strategic plan Conduct annual training needs analysis and coordinate with department managers to help identify training opportunities for their team members Update and maintain accurate records of training activities and participant information Maintain an ongoing Training Calendar to ensure learning resources and opportunities are maximized Develop and manage a central internal resource library of videos/books/magazines that can be utilized by all employees Assist with the implementation of new policies, procedures, and standards Prepare and submit training reports Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources Management / Hotel Management Minimum 5 years of training/facilitation experience Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint Additional Information What Is In It For You Come As You Are Work With Purpose Grow, Learn and Enjoy Explore Limitless Possibilities
