Job description: Responsibilities Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs. Co-ordinate in identifying the TNI for Soft skills training’s with HOD’s, and its successful implementation at plant. To conduct the Induction / Introduction of all the new employees and Analysis of Induction for further improvements. Using digital tools to create flexible and innovative learning programmes. To Support plant staff to complete the online courses of as per plan. Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to employees. Undertake evaluation of all L&OD initiatives. Co-ordinate with Business HR & HOD’s at site for smooth implementation and monitoring of the Reward & Recognition Policy. To contribute to L&D communications using a variety of mediums. Answering training related issues and provide high quality customer service across the organisation. To record, collate and maintain Training MIS to demonstrate L&OD progress Recognition of Unsafe Acts and unsafe conditions. Qualifications MBA- HR Exp- 5-10 Yrs
