In this full-time position based in our New Delhi office, you will be responsible for helping our partners grow their business by providing analysis, growth opportunities, and new products and services. **Key Job Responsibilities and Duties**: – Support Booking.com’s strategy for Key Chain Partners – Promote the Booking.com BV brand and its online products and services to Key Partners – Develop detailed Key Account profiles to fully understand the complexity of each Account – Build positive relationships with various internal and external partners involved in the Key Account – Train, consult, and support internal and external partners to optimize their performance – Strengthen our partnership and optimize decision-making with Key Accounts – Initiate initiatives and present Booking.com BV innovations to Key Accounts to increase performance – Analyze Key Accounts regionally and nationally, as well as on a local/Property level – Supervise internal projects as the main contact person between Booking.com BV and the Key Chain Account – Provide support to offices worldwide – Prepare workshops and trainings – Run monthly reports on critical metrics and data for chain hotels – Assist with chain acquisition preparation – Assist in preparing internal and external business reviews – Update chain administration, wiki, presentations, standard methodologies, and acquisition material – Communicate with the XML team and operations for chain hotels – Establish procedures for chains – Assist in finding solutions for escalated issues **Role Qualifications and Requirements**: – At least 4+ years of experience in a relevant account management function – University background in Hospitality is preferred – Affinity/experience within e-travel and/or hotel/travel industry – Strong knowledge of Revenue and Channel Management – Strong knowledge of Booking.com’s competitive landscape – Ability to establish strong connections with different internal and external stakeholders – Ability to adjust communication style depending on the stakeholder – Ability to deliver engaging presentations to various audiences – Ability to interpret multiple data sources to define goals – Ability to plan and prioritize workload based on business needs – Ability to see the bigger picture and anticipate future trends – Strong customer focus and proactive attitude – Excellent Google Suites (presentations) and Excel skills – Proficient in English, both spoken and written – Valid driver’s license required – Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time **Benefits & Perks: Global Impact** Booking.com offers a Total Rewards philosophy that values not only compensation but also benefits.
