We are seeking an experienced International Tender Manager to join our team at NeXjob.in. As an International Tender Manager, you will be responsible for managing the tender process for international projects. This includes bid preparation, bid writing, and tender management. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in tender management and be familiar with the international tendering process. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in tender management, preferably for international projects.
- Strong knowledge of the international tendering process and regulations.
- Proven track record of successful bid preparation and tender management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Negotiation and contract management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and tender management software.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the entire tender process for international projects.
- Conduct market research to identify potential projects and clients.
- Prepare and submit bids in response to tender invitations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather the required information for bid preparation.
- Write persuasive and compelling bid documents that highlight the company’s strengths and capabilities.
- Ensure all tender documents are submitted on time and meet the required quality standards.
- Review and analyze tender specifications and documentation.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with tender requirements and terms.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients.
- Maintain a database of tender information, including past bids and outcomes.
- Track and monitor tender results and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in tender management.
