Roles and Responsibilities

Officer - Quality Assurance
  • Conduct inside sales activities to generate leads and sales within the IT Services and IT Consulting sector
  • Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients through proactive communication and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and increase revenue growth
  • Utilize cold calling and other sales techniques to drive IT product and software sales
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position products/services
