The Health Counsellor will work closely with clients to provide guidance and support around mental health, wellbeing, and related issues. The Health Counsellor will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure clients receive the best care possible. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, or related field Minimum of 2 years experience in counselling or related field Experience working with diverse populations and individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team Knowledge of evidence-based counseling techniques and therapeutic modalities Fluency in English, Hindi , Assamese and any other local language Professional membership/certification is an added advantage
