We further plan to scale up and expand into few more geographical areas and also identify new avenues (Academics – Medical College) within the Healthcare eco-system. We are now looking to recruit a functional head to manage our ‘Bio Medical Engineering ‘ Operations at Medanta Patna. Broad Job Objective To ensure smooth functioning & maximum uptime of biomedical equipment at Medanta Patna unit and also maintain appropriate quality benchmark of equipments About Role Ensure work gets performed by service contractors including maintenance, calibration etc. of medical equipment through a well defined and ”laid standards” Ensure appropriate coordination between user function, service providers, PMC team and other relevant stakeholders Maintains accurate & timely documentation as per hospital accreditation norms Prepares a comprehensive database of vendors, service engineers for efficient arrangement of specific manpower at the time of equipment breakdown Establishes efficient network of local vendors in order to arrange for urgent items in critical situation Provides technical expertise and help to supply chain department to procure medical equipments Maintains accurate and timely documentation Meets departmental performance standards on a consistent basis Develop and implement a plan for continuous professional growth for self & team Any other task as assigned by reporting authority
