Job Overview We are currently seeking a Sales Manager with 15+ years of experience in the Foundry Industry to join our team. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, achieving targets, and expanding our customer base in the Silvassa region of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu, India. This is a senior-level position with the opportunity to lead a sales team and contribute to the strategic direction of the company. Qualifications And Skills Minimum 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in the Foundry Industry Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong knowledge of the Silvassa region’s market and customers in the Foundry Industry Excellent leadership and team management skills Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated and target-driven Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Roles and Responsibilities Candidate should have experience in Techno-Commercial Sales & Marketing of preferably Steel Castings or any other mechanical items used in Steel, Cement, Sponge Iron & General Engineering Plants. Candidate should have the ability to read technical drawings. Candidate should be willing to travel 10 to 15 days a month post pandemic to Steel/ Cement & Sponge Iron Plants. Candidate should have experience in marketing industrial products to Steel Plants, Cement Plants, Sponge Iron Plants and General Engineering Sectors.
