Flexing It has partnered with Our client, a leading Legal organization, is looking for a seasoned HR Consultant to work with them on a part-time basis (1 day/week) to help with the following * Provide guidance on core HR and organisation-related questions incl. performance management approaches, compensation & benefits strategy, learning & development, career paths for the team, etc * Help set up the core HR processes needed as the firm grows * Provide senior management with guidance on HR/people issues that might come up from time to time Skills Required – Experience including some in a professional services firm – Experience in strategic planning – In-depth knowledge of all HR functions – Communication and problem-solving skills
