Job description: Position Summary :- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Franchise Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise sales, along with excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and a local language. The Franchise Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving franchise sales through innovative sales strategies, effective funneling, and pipeline creation.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and implement effective franchise sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.- Identify and cultivate leads through various channels, including online inquiries, referrals, networking events, and trade shows.- Build and maintain relationships with potential franchisees through ongoing communication and engagement.- Conduct presentations and sales meetings to educate potential franchisees about our brand and opportunities.- Guide potential franchisees through the sales process, from initial inquiry to franchise agreement signing.- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and legal, to facilitate the franchise sales process smoothly.- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies as needed.- Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and documentation using CRM software.- Provide ongoing support and assistance to franchisees during the onboarding process and beyond.- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and attract potential franchisees.Qualifications :- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise sales or a similar role.- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and a local language, both written and verbal.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to overcome objections.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Go-getter attitude with a high level of motivation and energy.- Creative and innovative thinker with a willingness to explore new sales strategies and approaches.- Flexibility to travel as needed for meetings, conferences, and events.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience in the franchise industry.- Certification in franchise sales or related field.- Familiarity with franchise disclosure laws and regulations.
