The Field Service Specialist will be responsible for providing technical product support, field installation, and repair services for the company’s clients. The specialist will work closely with customers, sales managers, and engineering teams to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and adherence to quality control standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience Experience in field service work, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and repair Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers and cross-functional teams Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects efficiently Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop effective solutions Good attention to detail, follow-through, and commitment to quality control standards Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel up to 50% of the time
