Job Overview

We are seeking a Field Sales Executive to join our team at Wings Brand Activations (I) Pvt. Ltd. This role will be based in KR Puram, Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position ideal for someone with 0 to 2 years of experience in sales.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in field sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads and opportunities through prospecting and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize sales potential
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and objectives
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close sales deals
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, opportunities, and threats
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve overall company sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
