Job description: Position Name:- DY Manager/ Manager Location:- Jamshedpur Experiences:- 10 to 15 years n Thermal Furnace and Hydraulics Qualification:- BE Mechanical Role And Responsibilities Working as shift In charge Mechanical Maintenance of CCL/MCL/CRM with exposure of Combustion and Thermal systems. Maintenance of Industrial Fans and Blowers, Coupling alignment. Skills Required Burner control sequence & its operation with fault finding. Burner maintenance & adjustment as per commissioning data. PLC control logic understanding & working Knowledge of field instrumentation maintenance. Gas pressure control valves, pneumatic actuator valves: Hands on maintenance & Repairs. Refractory, insulation material knowledge & repairs. Condition monitoring equipment hands on working. Use of Advance maintenance diagnostic tools . Communication skills for joint problem solving with operations and electrical-automation functions. Mechanical maintenance skills pertaining to Industrial combustion/thermal systems Mechanical Maintenance Basics.; b) Good working knowledge about Bearings and its maintenance; c) Fan drive alignment.
