Role – This role requires to lead the assigned branch by effective planning & management of resources and ensuring achievement of agreed business targets through effective sales strategies to help the branch lead in terms of market share and brand equity in a cost-effective manner. Branch Heads to solicit business through a team of BDMs Advisors or Agency Partners. The role also ensures effective engagement with the partners concerned and the building of relationships with them.

Profile:

  • At least 5 years of proven success in field sales in a team handing role , preferably in the life insurance sector
  • Experience in Agency sales and experience of building and managing a team of advisors is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close and overcome objections.
  • In-depth knowledge of life insurance products, industry regulations, and market trends
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Must Criteria:

  • Candidates should be Graduate
  • Male / Female can be Hired
  • Age Limit: Minimum 28 years
  • Team Management Role is must criteria.

Must Not Criteria

  • Frequent Job changes
  • Freshers
  • Age should not be more than 35 years.

CTC

CTC Can be up to 13.5L + Opportunity to earn incentives >100% CTC

Profiles for Hiring

  • Competition Branch heads
  • Branch Managers of Banks
  • BFSI and NBFC Sales Managers preferably leading a team.

First Priority is from the above given profiles, however 20-30% of population can be hired from the alternate profiles.

  • Alternate profile could be from Retail, FMCG, Pharma and Telecom sectors in team management capacity.

Key Result Areas:

  • Achieve Goal sheet stipulated parameters.
