Job description: Overview The Deputy General Manager (DGM) of Commercial plays a crucial role in overseeing the commercial activities of the organization. They are responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability. The DGM Commercial also leads the commercial team and collaborates with other departments to ensure effective sales and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead the commercial team and provide strategic direction for achieving sales targets Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth Oversee market research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for expansion Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners Conduct financial analysis to evaluate commercial performance and identify areas for improvement Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop pricing strategies and promotional activities Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all commercial activities Monitor and report on commercial performance to the senior management Identify and address issues or bottlenecks in the commercial operations Lead and mentor the commercial team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation Participate in the development of annual budgets and forecasts for commercial activities Conduct periodic reviews of commercial processes and recommend improvements Resolve any commercial disputes or issues that may arise Stay informed about market developments, consumer preferences, and industry trends Represent the organization in commercial negotiations and partnerships Required Qualifications CA preferred Proven experience in a commercial leadership role, preferably as a Commercial Manager or similar Demonstrated success in developing and implementing commercial strategies Strong financial acumen and ability to conduct thorough financial analysis Excellent negotiation and contract management skills Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing commercial team Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong analytical and strategic planning skills Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to commercial activities Regards Manisha Koul [HIDDEN TEXT] Dhirendra Group www. dhirendragroup.com Skills: negotiation,strategic planning,financial analysis,contract management,market research,team leadership,decision-making,management,organization,annual budgets,regulatory requirements,skills,collaboration,communication
