With an enviable portfolio matched by very few of their competitors, The Guardians Real Estate Advisory today has evolved amongst the fastest-growing organizations in real estate Position Profile:AGM & DGM Sales Job Responsibilities: Assist the Sales Head in creating the sales strategy and sales plan for the site. Review sales funnel for each sales manager and provide guidance to close the deal. Provide training to team members (Sales Pitch, Process, Negotiation, Closing a deal Break -down site office targets to individual sales managers and facilitate target achievement throughout the month. Meet customers on need basis for closure. Gather competitive intelligence (product, schemes,etc.) Oversee on-site customer experience. Ensure Customer Information is updated in the system on real real-time basis. Ensure complete customer documents are collected by the sales manager at the time of booking. Ensure inventory status is updated in the tickets / system, daily reconciliation of bookings, inventory. Coordinate with Developers for updates & approvals. Analyse Data, share reports and analysis with management. Ensure bank tie-ups for home loans. Minimize on booking cancellations. Share feedback with marketing team on creatives, channels of communication. Desired Candidate Should Have: Graduate (Any)/Post-Graduation (Any) Minimum 10 years of experience in the real estate industry and 5 years of team-handling experience. Should have a passion for real estate sales. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-state, team player & Intra-city travel Attention to detail & ability to manage time effectively. Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint) Strong Leadership abilities and initiative Great interpersonal skills with quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
