As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued customers. This is a part-time position with one opening available.Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, becoming a trusted advisor to understand their needs and goals
  • Proactively engage with customers to drive product adoption, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for growth
  • Provide product demonstrations, training sessions, and onboarding support to customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues or concerns in a timely manner
  • Monitor customer accounts, track usage metrics, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to customers, highlighting key achievements and KPIs
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, working closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to better serve our customers

Essential Qualifications:

Law/Legal Internship in Delhi at Zomunk Technology Private Limited
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Sales Representative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to effectively address customer challenges
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desired Experience:

  • Prior experience in the SaaS industry or working with software products
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and customer success tools
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development
  • Understanding of customer success methodologies and best practices
