Its authorized share capital is Rs. 100,000 and its paid up capital is Rs. 100,000.The Job :Role Description :- Responsible for gathering leads and producing sales by speaking with prospective and current customers over the phone.- Gathering information from the target market, following up with customers to provide new products or services and documenting customer feedback for follow-up actions.- Discuss with potential customers to inform them of the company’s offerings and services.- Ensure the prospects are aware of the brand along the journey and influence them to enter the sales funnel.- Engage with existing customers to collect data on the impacts of the company’s merchandise or services, which they subsequently relay to the relevant divisions to improve the user experience. A telecaller may also carry out the following tasks :- Interacting via various channels, such as live chat, emails, social media and direct calls- Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand- Acquiring and retaining contact information databases- Put forward suggestions in accordance with the requirements of the consumer- Ensure a smooth procedure for the consumer by transferring windows of opportunity to the appropriate department for further action.Ideal Candidate :Requirements :- Persuasive, tenacious, and adaptive individuals make for successful tele callers.- Better able to provide a positive first impression when tele callers are proactive and goal-oriented.- Strong communication abilities- Exceptional communication and the capacity to switch up speaking approach- The capacity to adjust to challenging circumstances- Having a firm understanding of the products or services the business provides- Ability to listen and solve problems- Ability to cope with rejection while remaining calm- Outstanding capacity to manage conflicts and address grievances during negotiations (ref:updazz.com)
