Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Experience Executive at myG located in Kochi. The Customer Experience Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and maintaining excellent communication with customers. The role will require strong analytical skills to identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions. Qualifications Strong communication skills Ability to analyze customer needs and provide satisfactory solutions Experience in customer support or service Customer satisfaction skills, such as patience and empathy Additional language proficiency is a plus Experience in retail store operations and management
