Team Leadership: As the chief technologist and people manager, cultivate a dynamic and inclusive office culture. You will inspire, lead, and expand a talented team of engineers, developers, and IT specialists, fostering an environment of creativity and continuous improvement. Strategic Growth: Position the client’s Indore office as a critical tech hub for them. You’ll be instrumental in strategic planning, setting up the office for scalable growth, and ensuring seamless collaboration across geographies. Collaboration and Influence: Engage with stakeholders, including clients and other leaders, to advocate for the Indore office and influence the broader company strategy. Innovation Catalyst: Establish an ecosystem of innovation within the team by promoting research, development, and integration of innovative AI solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients The Successful Applicant Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar leadership role, with a track record of managing tech teams and delivering innovative tech products preferably in product based companies. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering. Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies with a particular focus on AI, machine learning and product development. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and nurturing relationships within and outside the company. Experience in scaling up operations for tech companies or startups will be a distinct advantage.
