With a focus on research and development, IONAK Organics LLP has been able to provide custom-tailored products to its customers. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai. As a cosmetic formulator, you will be responsible for formulating and developing innovative and high-quality personal care and cosmetic products. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure the product formulations are safe, effective, and meet regulatory standards. The cosmetic formulator will handle end-to-end product development, from ideation to formulation and production. Qualifications B.Tech Cosmetic Science from a reputated institute 6+ years of experience as a cosmetic formulator with a proven track record of developing high-quality personal care products Good understanding of the cosmetic industry and its trends Proficient in formulating a wide range of colour cosmetics, skin and hair care products with thorough knowledge of ingredients, functions, and compatibility Experience working with natural and organic ingredients Solid knowledge of standard lab procedures and techniques, documentation, and good laboratory practices Excellent project management, communication, and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with regulatory requirements for personal care products, including FDA, EU, and other international agencies, is a plus Passionate, innovative, and self-motivated individual with an ability to work independently
