As on date their banks have a national footprint of 1,780 branches and 2,963 ATMs across PAN India.An Ideal Candidate:Looking for a potential candidate with min 2 plus years’ experience in a corporate or institutional sales role. Candidate would be fully responsible to generate new business and referral clients in partnership with financial advisors and branch team new products along with cross-selling Liability and Investment Products, Insurance, Asset products (HL/PL/CL/Credit Card/ Gold Loan/Two-Wheeler/ Car Loan) to individual customers in the Corporate Salary book. He needs to serve as One point contact for all service-related requirements for the customers and corporate mapped to increase in Relationship Value, Group Product Holding and Group Service Holding of the book with mapped book customer once in quarter. He needs to update client interaction in systems like CRM Next and maintain database to ensure KYC guidelines and Bank process.Key Competencies:1. Graduate with minimum 2+ of relevant experience previously worked with any NBFC firms
2. Must have excellent knowledge of KYC, service quality and audit norms laid down as per Bank policy.
3. Should have good knowledge of financial and Investment Products, Insurance, Asset products like HL/PL/CL/Credit Card/ Gold Loan/Two-Wheeler/ Car Loan etc.
4.Should be having experience of how to take care of Salary processing for acquired/assigned Corporates.
5.Should be familiar with CRM software for tracking and managing leads.
6.Must have good communication and problem-solving skills.
7.Sales focus in achieving defined targets.
8.Ensuring strict adherence to service and quality benchmarks as prescribed by the Bank.
9.Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to employees of corporates mapped.
