Job description: Company Description Sequoia Insilico is a cognitive technology company that is focused on developing multimodal data-driven Assitive diagnosis (Dx) Deep Learning (DL) applications for neurocognitive behavioural diseases, leveraging cutting-edge technology and fostering seamless collaboration within the mental healthcare industry. We aim to revolutionize the way mental health care is delivered by considering the patient as a participant, and not just a care recipient. This full-time on-site role is located in New Delhi. Role Description The Cofounder with Investment in Healthcare portfolio will be responsible for leading and directing our healthcare investment portfolio, while identifying new business opportunities and building strategic partnerships. This person will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote company growth and strategic objectives. Additionally the role will involve driving business development, fundraising, investor relations, and working with company leadership on overall strategy. Qualifications At least 10 years of experience in venture investment, raisinh funds with a focus on healthcare technology background at graduation and preferred work ex in SaaS and Dev Ops or ML ops. Ability to identify, analyze, and evaluate investment opportunities, using financial analysis and industry expertise to make informed recommendations Strong network of contacts and relationships with key industry organizations and stakeholders Experience in business development, fundraising, and investor relations with an established track record of successful transactions. Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with an ability to interact effectively with team members, partners, and investors Curiosity, resilience, and intellectual rigor, with a track record of delivering results Experience working with deep learning technologies and artificial intelligence in the healthcare industry is a plus
