Job description: The Candidate has to be proficient in Direct and indirect taxes and capabilities in Internal and statutory audits. Should be good in communication skills, spoken and written to be able to communicate with clients directly. The role includes managing a team of professionals. The firm is based out of Delhi and Mumbai and has an international presence, and the candidate would be expected to interact and work with domestic and international clients. Valuations and transaction advisory experience would be a favourable qualification for the candidates.
The candidate will be required to:
1. Work on Tax related compliances and structuring
2. Work on Due Diligences
3. Work on Internal Audits
4. Work on Statutory Audits
5. Work on consulting assignments
6. Work on Valuations of companies
