Roles and Responsibilities

Operations Consultant (Projects and Experience) (RES01883)
  • Monitor and evaluate customer calls to ensure quality standards are met
  • Provide feedback and coaching to Manager for performance improvement
  • Analyze call data to identify trends and recommend process enhancements
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain high-quality call services
  • Conduct regular audits to assess call quality metrics
