Job description: Role- Head BD Overview The role is a great business development lead role, with a strong focus on building a strong Marketplace supply base for Cult.fit. The successful candidate for this high impact role will be a self-starter with a passion for business development, problem-solving, and strong on-ground experience of building businesses. Responsibilities Manage a team of business development managers Identifying the right supply strategy and execution for the Marketplace business (existing fitness centers) with a team, pan India. Ensuring success of onboarded partners, viz. (revenue, engagement and onboarding and retention on the platform) working with cross functional teams. Ensuring continuous margin improvements for the business while delivering top notch in-center customer experience. He/she must be an effective leader and communicator working with our most important partners, as well as with internal colleagues and groups. He/she will have strong business judgment with a track record of strong ownership values and relationship management skills. Experience preference An understanding of Marketplace businesses Strong business development experience Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and manage a team Work experience is preferred (6-8 years) in business development Proven Negotiation Skills, Influencing Abilities Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment Experience in project ownership and using customer data to identify and prioritize opportunities. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree, MBA Experience in Consumer-facing sectors such as E-Commerce, Tech, real estate marketplaces companies preferred,
