Overview of the Position: We are looking to add a results-oriented and energetic Business Development Manager/Executive to join our team in Indore or delhi office . Your duties as a Business Development Executive will include finding new business prospects, forming alliances, and growing our clientele. Primary Accountabilities: Strategic Business Development: Using networking, relationship-building, and market research, find and create new business prospects. Create and carry out strategic initiatives that will propel corporate expansion and meet sales goals. Recognise new trends and changes in the industry while keeping up with the latest offerings and competitive landscape. Acquisition of Clients and Management of Relationships: Establish and preserve a solid rapport with clients by getting to know their needs and offering specialised solutions. Present and demonstrate the advantages of the Listyoursme platform and IRA Score Services we offer. To ensure long-term partnerships and customer pleasure, negotiate and close transactions with new clients. Establishing Partnerships: Find possible alliances and strategic partners to broaden our reach and improve the services we provide. To promote shared corporate success, negotiate partnership agreements and work with partners. Develop cooperative marketing programs and promotional initiatives in close collaboration with the marketing team. Reporting and Analysis of the Market: To spot growth prospects, keep an eye on market developments, competition activity, and industry trends. Prepare frequent reports on sales performance, industry trends, and customer comments after analysing sales data. CRM solutions are useful for managing leads, keeping track of sales activity, and streamlining the sales process. Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a similar discipline (MBA preferable). NISM Certificates are added advantage like NISM-series-XI: Equity sales etc. A track record of accomplishment in sales, business development, or a similar industry. strong verbal and written communication and bargaining abilities. The capacity to establish and preserve connections with stakeholders and clients. A strategic thinker with the aptitude to spot fresh business prospects and spearhead expansion projects. It is advantageous to have prior experience in the online reputation management or digital marketing fields. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications.
