Job description: Bijnis, a B2B technology platform that connects manufacturers and retailers in the fashion segment, offering other capabilities too, including third-party payments and logistics solutions. We are revolutionising the way factories execute production & source retailers.Bijnis a on a mission to solve for the large base of unorganised factories and retailers, having the strongest impact on the B2B Supply chain.Responsibilities:The core duties includes optimizing workflow procedures in the office, assisting colleagues and executives in planning and distributing information, and being the point of reference for all queries, requests, or issues. Additionally, as a company secretary, you’ll need to:1) Reporting to Finance head and often liaise with board members.2) Organizing and preparing agendas and papers for board meetings, committees and annual general meetings (AGMs).3) Responsible to maintain minutes and records for all the Board Meetings, AGM, EGM, all Committee meetings as per the current guidelines and rules laid down in the Companies Act and other applicable statutes.4) Overseeing policies, making sure they are kept up to date and referred to the appropriate committee for approval.5) Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors etc.6) Dealing with correspondence, collating information and writing reports, ensuring decisions made are communicated to the relevant company stakeholders.7) Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and taking appropriate action.8) Developing and overseeing the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes, in addition to its legal and statutory requirements.9) Litigation Management – Civil Litigation, Legal Notices/Reply to Legal notices.10) Assisting Finance & Accounting team in day-to-day ActivitiesRequirements1) Minimum 2+ years experience as CS with a startup who has been part of funding & ESOPS scheme.2) Have excellent comprehension, analytical and problem-solving skills, and an orientation towards learning and accepting new challenges.3) Have strong written and verbal English communications skills and a desire to work as a member of a high-performance global team.4) Be collaborative, open to working with a diverse group, and interested in dynamic, progressive, and evolving work and responsibilities.Office Location: Mohan Estate (Delhi)Working Days: 6 days (With 2 alternate Saturdays as WFH)
