  • Collaborate with analysts, designers, developers and stakeholders throughout requirements, design, build, test and deployment phases.
  • Design and develop a standardised suite of clear, informative and visually appealing visualisation solutions in line with business needs and strategy.
  • Document Design decisions and technical specifications clearly.
  • Work collaboratively and effectively across DCC project team and stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
  • Delivery of owned milestones within plan.
  • Robust documentation of design and technical specifications for solutions delivered.
  • Identification and resolution of dependencies, risks, issues with regards to deliverables.
  • Quick and effective resolution of issues and conflicting priorities to ensure that relevant stakeholders are engaged in decision making.
  • Technical performance of solutions is in line with standards.

RequirementsRequirementsA bachelor’s degree in a relevant based subject (Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science etc) or applicable experience.

  • Experience of Control operation and Change Management.
  • An understanding of Finance reporting data, systems and processes, and control environment. Familiarity with HSBC Finance reporting data, systems and processes preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills – ability to research information and analyse data to arrive at options, valid conclusions, and recommendations.
  • Ability to deliver required business outcomes in an Agile methodology through engagement with product owners and technology developers during iterative development phases, preferably with experience of using/delivering Visualisations and tooling outcomes.
  • Process modelling skills and ability to define and deliver target operating model.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships at a range of levels of seniority.
  • Commitment to delivery, with an ability to prioritise own work to drive activities to conclusion.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment where plans continually evolve as priorities change.
  • Experience of Finance and / or regulatory reporting execution and delivery
  • Understanding of reporting processes and systems
  • Strong documentation skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Experience in the delivery of change with excellent business analysis capabilities and a track record of
  • successfully being involved in complex change projects with cross functional impacts and dependencies
  • Knowledge and understanding of Agile methodology
  • Drive, motivation and commitment
  • Understanding of HSBC group structures, values, behaviours, processes and objectives
  • Good knowledge of the external regulatory reporting environment
  • Understanding of the HSBC operating model at Group, country and business level
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with proven ability to handle multiple outputs at the same time
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with proven experience of communicating effectively and confidently at all levels across the Group in a complex global environment
  • Able to operate effectively under pressure and navigate ambiguity and changing priorities
  • Excellent relationship management and collaboration skills
