Job title: Asst. Manager – Commercial

Job description: Responsibilities & Key DeliverablesPlan for daily billing and fund management as per LFAD & follow up with logistic for timely dispatch of vehicles.
 Management and settlement of different types of sales & After sales claims as per monthly budget and collection of sales & Service NDC (NO Due certificate) from dealer on quarterly basis as per M&M policy.
 Maintaining of GST compliance and getting the GTS returns filed from dealers on a timely basis to reduce the GST mis match so that M&M will get the input credit in time.
 Conducting of monthly dealer audits and RSO audits as per M&M guidelines and to ensure policy and statutory compliance.
 Issuing of work orders for different market activations as per monthly budget considering different quotations received from different empaneled vendors and verification of their bills and coordinate with zonal accounts for the settlement and collection of NDC on a quarterly basis.
 Processing of Government orders as per GEM and issuing of DG form PI and coordinate for billing, delivery and collection of payment receipt and coordinate for the GST TDS entries to clear the outstanding.
 Maintaining of all the statutory compliance for the RO as per state and central rules like shops and establishment, professional tax, fire and safety, trade certificate, ARAI approvals, renewal of insurance for the RO vehicles, registration of new vehicles, vehicle health check up as per M&M safety norms.
 Act as local office admin and maintenance of daily office hygiene , maintenance of AMC for different equipment’s like DG set, AC etc., in coordination with Zonal admin.
 Pending VAT assessments preparations for GST audits in coordination with central VAT and GST team.
 Processing and settlement of all the accidental and total loss vehicles and it’s clams.
 Coordinate with sales, service and legal team for the consumer form cases, preparation and submission of WS and submission of replay as per date.
 Fund punching against different financier code as per stock tagging norms implemented by company.
 Verification of dealer financial health as per M&M guidelines and alerting the management in case of any mismanagement.
 New dealer training and handholding as per policy. Frequent training to dealer staff as per change in policy and statutory norms.
 Discussion and finalization of Monthly scheme and Targets , upload of the same in DMS. Monthly dealer evaluation and releasing of reports.
 Follow up with dealers and sales team for the clearance of channel over dues.
 Taking new initiatives for the better dealer customer experience.
 Act as a whistleblower for the company policies and inform the management in case of any deviations.
