Job title: Associate PMO Analyst

Job description: Description Associate PMO Analyst What you will do: Act as Primary SPOC for any Project related query and manage/own the PMO mailbox. Coordinate with Professional Service Project team for project related activities. Administer and Monitor the compliance of Open Air (Project Management Tool) like Timesheet filing, Project Profitability, Project Revenue Recognition etc. Coordinate with Practice Leads and create reports (Resource Forecasting, Operations Report, Timesheet Compliance, etc.) Coordinate with Finance Team on Professional Services Invoicing and manage Invoice Forecast Tracker. Adhoc Reporting as required by Practice Leads and Project Teams What you will bring: Excellent Knowledge on Microsoft Excel. Clear concepts on PMO role (Project Management Office). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge on any PMO tool (like Open Air and Net Suite)-(Not Mandatory). Good to have knowledge on any Analytics tool-(Not Mandatory).
