Job title: Assistant Manager – TAX COE

Job description: Join our Macquarie Asset Management team as a Tax Assistant Manager. In this team, you will be responsible for ensuring taxation deliverables are met, on time and to a great standard.

In this role, you will focus on direct and indirect tax compliances and relevant accounting and reporting requirements. You will work on the preparation, review, and indirect tax returns for the team, as well as liaising with internal stakeholders to manage submissions and queries. You will be able to proactively recognise and manage issues and risks.

Content Writer (5-10 yrs) Hyderabad/Andhra Pradesh/Telangana (Content/Design)

To be successful in this role you will have some of the following skills and experiences:

  • A professional accountancy qualification (CA)
  • 4-6 years’ post qualification experience with direct tax/indirect tax compliance and accounting, tax reporting and financial systems
  • Experience within the shared services or financial services environment will also be advantageous
  • A great understanding of tax requirements, tax laws, budget announcements, new transactions and assessing implications on tax related deliverables
  • Effective communication skills working within a global team.
