What kind of projects will you work on You will provide Sales and marketing services for a wide variety of projects and services: Digital marketing, Content writing, Social media, Content marketing – as well as Marketing content, Strategy Consulting, Smart city, business website, personal branding website, technology marketing, email marketing, advertising copy, product marketing, e-commerce, UX/UI, technical documentation, SEO, video marketing, editing & proofreading, project management, lead funnel non-exhaustive list. Job Purpose: To provide digital sales and marketing services that effectively meet company requirements. The ideal candidate will oversee the organization’s online sales and marketing strategy by planning and executing digital sales and marketing campaigns. This candidate will create organic content and launch advertisements to increase brand awareness and eventually achieve sales. This candidate will have previous sales and marketing experience, including social media channels for sales. Key Responsibility: Develop SEM/ Social Media Campaign plans and execute Develop website and manage the website as a project under the manager’s supervision Deliver SEO/Social media content as per the brief by the client/ account manager Execute integrated digital marketing campaigns, monitor results, and present recommendations Write/develop a content calendar and execute the same using the latest tools, such as Generative AI Make revisions to the content as per feedback within the agreed timelines Follow the standard quality processes of the company for content delivery Design, maintain, and supply content for the organization’s website Formulate strategies to build lasting digital connections with customers Monitor company presence on social media Launch advertisements to increase brand awareness and sales Be proficient in the latest content writing/presentation/remote-working software, e.g., MS Office (particularly MS Word & MS-PPT), MS Teams, Figma, Generative AI, etc Be proficient in the latest digital marketing platforms, e.g., Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Mail Chimp, Hubspot, ZOHO, etc Candidate Profile Previous digital marketing experience is preferable: related experience of 1-3 years. Bright candidates without experience (freshers) can be considered for internships. Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts Experience with B2B social media and content generation Strong creative and analytical skills Willing to work flexible hours – some clients are in a different time zone Excellent grasp of the English language and written communication skills Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in English / business administration or a related field Applicant must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and thrive under pressure. Should be exceptionally organized, process-oriented, attentive to detail, able to work collaboratively, conduct research, write and present high-quality content, and execute digital marketing projects.
