Role Description As an Area Development Manager Bihar, you will be responsible for leading sales and business development activities in the assigned region. This full-time on-site role is located in Muzaffarpur. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, conducting market research, building relationships with potential clients, developing strategies to increase revenue and market share, and managing a team of sales representatives in the region. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development in the construction or related industry Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of sales representatives, set and achieve sales targets, and develop and implement business strategies Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
