Our portfolio encompasses customized training courses and facilitation solutions. We also conduct needs analysis for our clients, propose training design services and manage full training programmes. And we are now looking for a Leadership Training Consultant based in Delhi, who will be in charge of designing Leadership courses. Tasks & accountabilities Deliver training solutions on time, on cost and on quality Develop or re-design training solutions (courses, learning solutions, ) addressing customer needs, and ensure the proper project management for new developments Develop and increase the use of innovative techniques and emerging multimedia tools, discussions and models (Virtual Classroom, Digital training techniques) Contribute to the regular update of the training material and master documentation Intermittently support on operations / business development / customer success for the leadership domain. Skills and Competences To fulfil the expectations of this role, you should have the following skills and experience: Significant (10+ years) relevant work experience in a consultancy and/or a corporate function in the leadership solutions area. Alternatively, significant work experience (c. 8 years) in a top- tier professional services company. Autonomous and results focused Customer mindset A good understanding of the Indian academic systems, involved stakeholders &the various governmental skilling initiatives Proven track record of success facilitating leadership development programs, ideally working in the capacity of an external consultant who needs to quickly establish credibility and rapport. Experience working with various delivery means for synchronous & asynchronous delivery (incl. Digital, AI or Adaptive learning solutions, Learning Pathways and Skill Gates, LMS etc). Willing to deliver end to end and accordingly be able to schedule priorities between Delivery /Operations / Business development /Customer Success as needed. Comfortable engaging, coaching and challenging senior client stakeholders Advanced level in English is required, The following skills and experience would be a clear advantage: Recognized coaching qualification and certification (e.g. ICF ACC or equivalent. Experience working with Airbus and/or aerospace companies. Experience in designing long-term programmes(preferably in line withthe New Education Policy (NEP) and skill initiatives) Ability and experience conducting needs analysis and then designing development solutions following project management standards to achieve the desired organizational objectives/needs. Any other language than English would be a plus This role may involve some travel for business primarily in India and secondarily in regions in proximity when needed for delivery or supporting business development.
